First Post - Getting ready for the Easter Bunny

This year, Easter has been a little different for the Leight's. Miranda, now 3, fully understands the holiday and the different traditions. A few days ago, Miranda and I colored a dozen eggs. She was so proud of them. She decorated them with stickers, by gluing glitter and sequences on them. It was a lot of fun.

Today, we went to one of her playgroups where they had an Easter Egg Hunt. She played and had a great time playing with the kids. She really enjoyed the hunt for the eggs too. She ate some of the candy on the way home. When we got home, there was a package from her Grandma & Grandpa. She was so excited. There was candy, eggs and a Woody parachute and a Goofy one plus a Target Gift card. She was excited about the idea of going shopping.
What a great day!

Tonight, the Easter bunny comes. He is hiding eggs outside and inside. She is looking forward to it.
