The Easter Bunny came. YAY! Miranda was so excited this morning. She came downstairs, hunted for some Easter eggs and found her basket. Her eyes just lit up. She got a baseball glove and a nerf football as well as coloring and sticker books. Of course, there was the standard chocolate goodies. She's so happy.
Julie and Miranda will be playing catch later today. It will be fun to watch. And looking outside, she still has eggs to hunt for in the back yard. :)
Otherwise, today is going to be very mellow. No major cooking for me. Yay! We had our little Easter dinner with Grammy on Friday. I cooked a nice chicken, deviled eggs, stuffing, spinach, homemade beer bread (thanks Rebecca) and cupcakes for desert. It worked out nicely.
On the SAHM front, Miranda update. Miranda has now made it an entire week going #2 on the potty. I am so proud of her. It was the last task of being completely potty trained. YaY!!!!!!
